Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are not refundable or exchangable at any time. Gift certificates are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Thank you!
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance. If not, there will be a cancellation fee ($10 for one service and $20 for 2+ services) for those who cancel their appointments within less than 24 hours before their appointment. The fee will be paid via Venmo or credit/debit card. We understand that life can be very unexpected and things may happen out of our control, but we hope that everyone can understand!
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone with open wounds or cuts
- Anyone with a nail condition that may be contagious
- Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services
Inform us if you have any of the following:
- Diabetes
- Latex allergy
We want to provide the best service that we can and knowing these details will ensure that you have a safe, comfortable experience at our salon.
